Analysis and Solution for Failure of Hydraulic Proportional Valve of the Hydraulic Press

针对某型液压机液压系统502比例阀出现故障的问题,技术人员深入液压机使用现场调查研究,并在新安装的液压机上实行了故障重现,结合502比例阀的结构特点对采集到的数据进行了详细的分析,最终找出了故障根源,并给出了解决方案。事后经过了长达一年的现场跟踪,所有型号液压机未再出现类似故障,验证了故障根源及解决方案的正确性。

Technicians have found out the root cause of and solution for the 502 proportional valve failure in certain model of hydraulic press through in-depth field investigation and research on the hydraulic press and by recurring the failure of the proportional valve in the newly installed hydraulic press as well as detailed analysis on the data collected based on the structural characteristics of 502 proportional valve. Similar failure does not occur in all models of hy- draulic press through the filed tracking for a year, which verifies the root cause of the failure and the solution.
