摘要
高速开关阀是涡轮增压系统的重要部件,响应的快速性直接影响增压器的压比。根据高速开关阀的结构及工作原理,建立其数学方程。运用AMESim建立动态模型并进行了电流、阀芯位移、控制口的压力仿真分析,结合示波器测量的实际响应时间,证实仿真结果的可靠性。由于高速开关阀响应时间具有滞后性,研究分析改变阀芯质量、驱动电压、弹簧预紧力对响应特性的影响,并根据仿真提出了优化调整建议。
High-speed on/off valve, an important part of turbocharging system, its quick response has a direct impact on the turbocharger pressure ratio. Its mathematical equations are built according to its structure and the working principle. The simulation reliability is verified by the dynamic model for the high-speed on/off valve with AMESim, simulated analyzing electric current, valve core displacement and the control port pressure, as well as with the actual response time measured by oscilloscope. Due to a delay of response time of high-speed on/off valve, the influences of changing some factors like valve core quality, drive voltage and the spring preload on the response characteristics are studied. Besides, some suggestions for its optimization and adjustment are provided according to its simulation.
