摘要
目的:观察计算机辅助设计与制造(computer aided design and manufacturing,CAD/CAM)E -max 铸瓷全冠在前磨牙及磨牙义齿修复中的应用效果。方法对临床64例患者的87个经过完善根管治疗的前磨牙及磨牙进行 CAD/CAME -max 全冠修复,并对患者进行修复体边缘密合性、固位、颜色以及牙周情况的临床随访观察,时间为18~24个月。结果87个修复体中2例全瓷冠牙合面出现隐裂纹,1例全瓷冠修复体出现松动,其余84例临床效果满意,满意率为96.6%。结论CAD/CAME -max 铸瓷全冠修复前磨牙及磨牙义齿18~24个月临床效果满意。
Objective To investigate the application effects of CAD/CAM(computer aided design and manufacturing)E -max all -ceramic crown in the restoration of the posterior teeth.Methods 64 patients with 87 posterior teeth were restored with CAD/CAME -max all -ceramic crown after completely root canal therapy.The range of clinical service was 18 to 24 months,in the meantime,they were checked about the marginal adaptation,retention,periodontal tissue.Results Of 87 posterior teeth, two failed with occlusion flows in the crowns,one failed with the loose of crown,the other teeth had good therapeutic effects.The satisfactory rate was 96.6%.Conclusion The short -term clinical behavior of CAD/CAM E -max all -ceramic crown in the restoration of posterior teeth is encouraging.
