摘要
4A球形分子筛改性技术在实际操作过程中容易出现筛粉化现象,导致系统运行能力降低,一定程度上增加了系统的阻力,为此,需要进一步优化4A球形分子筛改性技术,选用新型的技术装置,在不改变分子筛吸水能力的前提下来提高分子筛的堆比重,选用新型的材料,进一步增强分子筛的抗酸性能,有效缓解分子筛粉化现象。通过对4A球形分子筛的性能及其常用指标进行分析,进一步探讨其改性技术的优化策略。
4A zeolite-modifi ed spherical technology in actual operation prone sifter phenomenon,leading to reduced ability to run the system,increasing the resistance of the system to some extent,therefore,the need to further optimize the spherical molecular sieves 4A modifi cation,use of a new technical means,without changing the molecular sieve absorption capacity of the premise of improving bulk specifi c gravity down to the molecular sieve,selection of new materials to further enhance the acid resistance of the molecular sieve,zeolite powder effectively alleviate the phenomenon.Based on the performance indicators and common spherical molecular sieves 4A were analyzed to further explore strategies to optimize its modifi cation techniques
