摘要
聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)作为工程塑料,抗冲击性能差。POE具有良好的力学性能和流变性能,加工性能优越,韧性好。所以,POE的引入可提高PTT的韧性、抗冲击性能。由于极性的PTT与非极性的POE是不相容体系,因此本实验采用马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH),共混后POE-g-MAH中的酸酐基团能与PTT的端羟基发生酯化反应,增强了两相间界面粘结力,从而增加二者相容性。
Polyethylene terephthalate(PTT)as engineering plastics,poor i MPact resistance.POE has good mechanical and rheological properties,processing superior performance,good toughness.Therefore,the introduction of POE PTT improved toughness,i MPact resistance.Because polar and non-polar PTT POE systems are inco MPatible,so the present study,a maleic anhydride-grafted ethylene-octene copolymer(POE-g-MAH),after blending POE-g-MAH in anhydride groups can react with PTT terminal hydroxyl esterifi cation and enhance the interfacial adhesion between the two phases,thereby increasing both co MPatibility.
