摘要
根据海洋环境对管线的腐蚀机理,可将海洋环境分为大气区、飞溅区、潮差区、全浸区及海泥区。有关研究表明,海洋飞溅区由于多种腐蚀因素的共同作用导致其腐蚀速度最高。针对目前海上平台飞溅区海管防腐修复问题,结合国际对海洋环境防腐保护设计的成果和经验,总结在修复和改造项目中,飞溅区域海管立管管线的防腐工艺。
Based on the marine environment of the corrosion mechanism of pipelines,marine environment can be divided into atmospheric zone,splash zone,tidal zone,immersion zone and mud areas.The study showed that,due to a variety of marine splash zone corrosion factors jointly lead to the corrosion rate is highest.Aiming at sea offshore platform splash zone tube corrosion fi x the problem,combined with international anti-corrosion protection of the marine environment of achievement and design experience,summed up in the repair and renovation projects,the regional sea splashing pipe riser pipeline corrosion processes.
