摘要
往复压缩机是石油化工、煤化工、精细化工等行业的关键设备之一,管道系统的振动在压缩机工作中时有发生,管道系统振动剧烈严重影响生产安全,所以研究管道振动原因及其消除措施非常有必要。以山东某厂30万t/a低压甲醇生产装置循环气用往复压缩机管道系统进行分析说明,提出在工程设计、采购以及施工安装过程中应采取的合理防振处理措施。
The reciprocating compressor is one of the key equipment in petrochemical,coal chemical,fi ne chemical industry,the vibration of the piping system in the compressor work have occurred,the piping system vibration severe seriously affect safety,the study causes and pipe vibration measures to eliminate its very necessary.Shandong factory to 300,000 t/a methanol production plant low pressure circulating gas was analyzed using a reciprocating compressor described piping systems,anti-vibration treatment measures put forward reasonable engineering design,procurement and construction and installation process to be taken.
