摘要
选取一米平面光栅摄谱仪器可进行两次重叠摄谱测定,选取氧化锗0.007g,焦硫酸钾23g,分析纯氟化钠20g,分析纯氧化铝45g,石墨粉15.6g作为缓冲剂,最终依据国家标准GBW07301经过15次测定,选取多个样本,多角度,多方位进行测量,银锡元素检出限分别为Ag:0.02μg/g,Sn:0.23μg/g,精密度为Ag:5.7%,Sn:6.7%。
