摘要
以图们江中游3条典型河流两侧的稻田为研究对象,对节肢动物的群落特征、采样点的海拔及土壤农残特征等进行分析的结果表明:图们江中游稻田节肢动物群落中,同翅目与双翅目数量最多且离散程度大,总体上同翅目离散程度大于双翅目离散程度;在检测的7种农药中,图们江中游稻田土壤中主要农残为甲胺磷和稻瘟灵,不同采样点之间差异性明显;基于环境因子与节肢动物群落的冗余分析,表明海拔与甲胺磷是影响节肢动物群落的主要因素,其中,低海拔与低甲胺磷区是鞘翅目、蜘蛛目、蜻蜓目、双翅目与半翅目的集中区。
Based on the study of the characteristics of arthropod community,the elevation of sampling points and the characteristics of pesticide residues in soil near three typical rivers in the middle reaches of Tumen River,we got the following results:the number of Homopteraand Diptera were higher,which indicated a low dispersion degree than other arthropod community in this area.In the detection of 7kinds of pesticide residue,we found that the methamidophos and isoprothiolane were the main pesticide residues in paddy soil,which were different among the sampling points.Redundancy Analysis(RDA)showed that methamidophos and elevation were the main factors in driving the arthropod community,and the Hemiptera,Odonata,Araneid,Coleoptera and Diptera com munity was abundant while the elevation and the content of methamidophos were low.
