摘要 为了实现应急救援数据的共享和互联互通,解决现有矿山应急救援平台相应独立、共享困难、维护困难等问题。面向"互联网+"的应用,研究了云计算、互联网、大数据等技术,采用面向服务的体系结构,开发了基于云计算的矿山应急救援平台,包括:应急救援指挥系统,应急救援综合保障系统,救援队伍管理系统,应急预案与案例管理系统,救援装备与物资管理系统,培训与考试系统,训练与考核系统,文档资料管理系统以及办公自动化系统。形成一个统一架构、统一术语、统一通信联络、统一调度指挥、统一资源管理的救援整体,为提高事故救援的效率和反应速度、最大限度地降低事故损失提供了新的技术手段。 In order to realize the sharing and the interconneetion and intercommunication of the emergence rescue data and to solve the each platform independent operation, resource sharing and maintenance difficulty and other problems of the available mine emergency res- cue platform,faced to the applicatiou of the " internet plus", a study was conducted on the cloud computing,internet,big data and other technology.Faced to the service system structure, the mine emergency rescue platform based on the cloud computing was developed, inclu- ding the emergency rescue command system, emergency rescue comprehensive protection system, rescue team management system, emer- gency response plan and case management system, rescue equipment and material management system, training and examination system, training and test system, profile information management system and office automation system.A rescue integration with unified framework, unified terms, unified dispatch and command and unified resources management was formed in order to provide the new technical means to improve the accident rescue efficiency and the reaction speed and to uttermostly reduce the accident loss.
