互联网+综采自动化专家决策平台设计与应用 被引量:11

Design and application of internet plus experts decision making platform to fully-mechanized mining automation

摘要 为了有效利用综采工作面自动化系统采集的矿井环境和设备大数据,挖掘数据中存在的潜在规律,通过深入研究数据挖掘技术、大数据技术、专家决策技术,设计了以Spark为核心,集成了Shark SQL、Spark Streaming、Graph X、MLlib等关键技术构建综采自动化专家决策平台,同时,融合了CLIPS专家决策系统技术,提出了离线数据挖掘和在线数据挖掘相融合的方法,并设计了系统数据库E-R图,定义了系统程序集和应用程序集的功能,对基于数据挖掘技术建设综采工作面自动化专家决策系统的设计提出有益探索。以阳泉煤业集团新元煤矿310205工作面实测数据,对该平台进行了性能测试,结果表明该平台具有较强的大数据处理和分析能力,可为分析综采工作面的生产状态、改进生产工艺提供重要参考。 In order to effectiw.ly utilize the big data of the mine environment and equipment collected by the automation system of the fully mechanized coal mining face 3nd to dig the potential law existed in the data, with the in-depth satudy on the data mining technology, big data technology and experts decision making technology, the Spark was designed as the core, the integration of the Shark SQL, Spark Streaming, GraphX, MLlib and other key technology was applied to establish the experts decision making platform of the fully mechanized mining automation.Meanwhile the technology of the CLIPS experts decision making system was integrated, a method integrated with off-line data Mining and the online data mining was provided.An E-R diagram of the system database was designed and the functions of the system program assembly and the application program assembly were defined. Based on the data mining technology, the beneficial discovery was provided to the design to build the experts decision making system of the fully mechanized mining face automation. Finally with the site measured data from No.310205 coal mining face in Xinyuan Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group, the performance tests were conducted on the platform.The results showed that the platform with a big data processing and analysis capacity could provide important references to analyze the production status of the fully mechanized coal mining face and to improve the production technique.
