摘要 针对红会一矿复采生产中自燃火灾事故频发的特点,通过对综放复采工作面火灾事故统计研究,提出了煤矿火灾事故具有季节性,深刻分析了煤矿火灾事故和矿井自然风压季节性变化规律,并进一步研究了自然风压季节性变化对综放复采工作面采空区、小煤矿破坏区风压、风量,通风供氧方式的影响,造成采空区及破坏封闭区氧含量相对增加的气候条件。通过采取矿井通风动力恒压技术和风压、风量及O_2、CO、烷烯比等火区标志性气体的全面预测预报体系,实施采空区适时预防性灌浆治理、巷道喷浆封闭区超前治理的综合防灭火技术措施,确保了小煤矿严重破坏区3 887.67万t煤炭资源的安全复采。 According to the features of the spontaneous combustion fire accidents frequently occurred in the retaining production of Honghui No. 1 Mine, with the statistic study on the fire accidents occurred in the fully-mechanized top coal caving remining face, the paper provided that the mine fire accident would be seasonal ,had a in-depth analysis on the mine fire accidents and the seasonal variation law of the mine natural ventilation pressure vm'iation law, and had a further study on the seasonal variation of the natural ventilation pressure affected to the goaf of the fully-mechanized top coal caving retaining face and the ventilation pressure, ventilation volume and ventilation oxygen supply method of the previous small mine failure zone, as well as the climate condition which made relatively increase the oxygen content in the goal and the failure sealed zone.With the application of the mine ventilation dynamic constant pressure technology and the full prediction and forecast system with the wmtilation pressure, ventilation volume as well as 02 , CO, alkyl-olefin ratio and other representative gas in the fire area, and with the comprehensive fire prevention and control technical measures conducted, including the timely and prevention grou- ting control of the goal and the advanced control of the shotcreting sealed zone in the mine roadway, the remining production safety of the 38.876 7 million tons coal resources in the serious failure zone of the previous small mine was ensured.
