摘要
利用能耗指标横向对比、操作参数最佳实践值对比和模型核算等方式,从催化裂化装置的总体能耗、反应再生系统、烟气能量回收、分馏塔、吸收稳定系统和换热网络等方面进行用能分析与评价,提出优化原料性质,优化反应-再生系统、主分馏塔和吸收稳定系统的操作,并对提升管、富气压缩机和换热流程进行技术改造,预计可降低装置能耗9.17 kg/t。
By comparing with energy consumption indicators, best target value of operation parameters,calculation model, energy-consumption of FCCU, reaction regeneration system, flue gas system, main distillation column, absorption-stabilization system and heat exchanging network were analyzed and evaluated. Then a series of measures, such as raw material optimization, reaction regeneration system, main distillation column and absorption-stabilization system operating conditions, and riser, rich gas compressor and heat exchanging network technical reform were proposed to reduce energy-consumption. It was expected to reduce 9.17 kg/t.
