摘要
通过分析江苏新海石化有限公司常减压装置综合能耗的组成及各单项能耗占综合能耗的百分比与加工量的关系,得出燃料消耗时影响装置能耗的重点。针对节约燃料采取加热炉改造、检修、加强管理的措施;针对节约蒸汽采取控制减顶抽真空蒸汽、提高常二中发汽量的措施;针对节约水、电采取用水替代、高负荷运行、减顶抽真空器冷后温度控制、侧线产品冷后温度控制的措施,使装置能耗从检修前的430.17 MJ/t降低至383.40 MJ/t。
Through the analysis of overall energy-consumption and the relationship between percentage of individual energy-consumption and process capacity of atmospheric-vacuum unit in Jiangsu Xinhai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd, it is concluded that the fuel is the important factor for reducing the energy-consumption of atmospheric-vacuum unit. The heating furnace has been revamped, overhauled and strengthened in management for fuel-saving. The steam can be saved by controlling the vacuum steam and improving the steam quantity of the second line.The water and power can be saved by using water replacement, operating with high load, controlling the temperature of extractor in top of vacuum unit and controlling the temperature of lateral line products. The energy-consumption before overhaul can be reduced from 430.17 MJ/t to 383.40 MJ/t.
