油田气浅冷装置能耗影响因素分析

摘要 油田气浅冷装置耗电量约占分公司总耗电量的44%,直接影响分公司整体电力消耗。其主要耗电设备是原料气压缩机和制冷压缩机,约占浅冷装置总耗电的86%。因此,压缩机的能耗量决定了浅冷装置的能耗量。通过分析原料气组分、压比、制冷温度等因素对原料气压缩机及制冷压缩机的影响,查出影响浅冷装置能耗的因素,为达到提高浅冷装置操作效率等方面提供了理论依据及数据支持。 The power-consumption of the shallow cooling device accounts for about 44% of the total electricity-consumption, which affects directly the overall electricity-consumption of the branch company. The main power-consumption equipment is the raw material gas compressor and refrigeration compressor, which accounts for 86% of the total power-consumption of the shallow cooling device. So the energy-consumption of the compressor determines the energy-consumption of the shallow cooling device. Through the analysis on influencing the raw gas group, pressure ratio, the refrigeration temperature and other factors on the raw gas compressor and a refrigeration compressor, some factors influenced shallow cooling unit energy-consumption can be found out. The theoretical basis and data support can be provided for improving the shallow cooling device operation efficiency.
