吉林油田乾安采油厂注水系统现状及提升措施 被引量:1

摘要 随着吉林油田开发速度的加快,周边小区块低渗透油田所占比例不断上升,对于偏远、零散区块合理高效的开发,对油田稳产、增产具有十分重要意义。根据2015年厂注水系统节能监测成果,通过数据对注水系统作了初步评价,分析影响注水系统效率因素并提出改进措施,采取改善水质、应用变频控制技术、合理调整配注压力、加强设备维修保养、提高在线仪表准确度等措施,对吉林油田分公司乾安采油厂注水系统改造提供了有力的技术支撑。 With the rapid development of Jilin oilfield, low permeability oilfield make up a growing proportion in the surrounding area. However, the early effective developing for those remote and scattered blocks has very important significance to the stable production of the oilfield. The energy-saving monitoring results for water injection system of Qian'an oil production plant in 2015 have been summarized. The water injection system has been evaluated primarily by using the data sheet. The influence factors on water injection system efficiency are analyzed and some reasonable improvement measures and suggestions are proposed. The best energy-saving way should be sought and some measures should be adopted, i.e. improving water quality, applying variable frequency technique, rational adjustment of the injecting pressure, strengthening equipment maintenance and improving accuracy of an online instrument. All the above measures provide definite technological support for improvement of water injection system in Qian'an oil production plant of Jilin oilfield.
