神经外科全麻手术患者术中低体温发生的危险因素分析

Risk factors analysis of intraoperative hypothermia of patients undergoing general anesthesia

目的探讨神经外科全麻手术患者术中低体温发生的危险因素,为术中采取必要的保温措施提供理论依据。方法选取我院2015年9月至2016年1月神经外科全麻手术73例患者作为研究对象,记录患者术中低体温的发生情况。并采用SPSS 13.0软件对不同患者的性别、年龄、体重指数、手术类型、手术时间、ASA分级、术中输液量进行统计分析。结果 73例神经外科全麻手术患者共发生低体温20例,低体温发生率为27.40%。单因素分析表明,不同患者的年龄、手术类型、手术时间、ASA分级、术中输液量相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析表明手术时间、ASA分级是术中低体温发生的独立危险因素。结论神经外科全麻手术患者术中低体温发生的危险因素较为复杂。为此,术中应采取针对性的保温措施以降低低体温的发生率,改善患者的临床结局。

Objective To explore the risk factors of intraoperative hypothermia of patients undergoing general anesthesia surgeries in the Department of Neurosurgery,so as to provide theoretical basis for taking necessary heat preservation measures.Methods A total of 73 patients undergoing general anesthesia surgeries in the Department of Neurosurgery from September 2015 to January 2016 were chosen as the research objects,meanwhile the conditions of the incidence of intraoperaive hypothermia are recorded.And the gender,age,BMI,types of operation,operation duration,ASA grades,intraoperative infusion quantity of different patients are statistically analyzed by using SPSS13.0 software.Results The intraoperative hypothermia occurs in 20 of 73 patients undergoing general anesthesia surgeries in the Department of Nneurosurgery,the incidence of hypothermia is 27.40%.The single factor analysis shows that the differences of age,types of operation,operation time,ASA grades,intraoperative infusion quantity of different patients were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;multiple factors logistic regression analysis indicates that operation time,ASA grades are independent risk factors of the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia.Conclusion The risk factors of intraoperative hypothermia of patients undergoing general anesthesia surgeries in the Department of Neurosurgery are more complex.Therefore,in order to reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and improve patients＇ clinical outcome,we should take specific heat preservation measures during the operation.
