风力发电塔附着式自顶升平移吊机设计

Design of adherent and self-jacking traveling crane for wind turbine tower

摘要 提出一种新型风力发电塔塔筒及设备的吊装结构,用来代替传统的大型履带吊机。对其各部分组成、工作原理及吊装过程进行详细说明,对结构整体受力进行分析,对比了附着前及附着后塔架及塔筒应力和变形的变化。分析结果表明:附着式结构传力明确,受力合理,节约材料及造价,安全可靠。 A new hoisting structure of the wind turbine tower and equipment, which was used to replace the traditional large-scale crawler crane, was put forward. The varions parts of the composition, working principle and hoisting process were described in detail and the whole structure mechanism was analyzed. Stress and deformation changes of tower frame and tube before and after attachment of the equipment were compared. The analysis results show that the adhesive structure has the clear mechanical way and reasonable stress. The material and cost are saved, and the structure is safe and reliable.
