双拼角钢主材输电塔架静载试验研究 被引量:4

Static loading experimental research on transmission tower frame adopting double-spicing angle steel as main material

摘要 主材为双拼角钢输电塔的主材承载力计算方法尚未成熟,给该类型输电塔的推广应用造成了很大困难。为此,设计了主材规格为2L110×10、屈服强度设计值为345MPa的双拼角钢塔架,利用液压缸带动加载绳完成了该输电塔的静载破坏性试验,并记录了加载过程中塔架主材各横截面应变的变化。然后,根据主材的应变得到了该输电塔在破坏时的弯矩和轴力,并和现有设计准则进行了对比。结果表明,当双拼角钢主材绕实轴的长细比大于该主材按缀板柱计算得到绕虚轴长细比时,按压弯构件计算得到验算应力与主材的实测屈服强度最为接近。 The calculation method of bearing capacity of main material for transmission tower with double-spicing angle steel as main material is not yet mature, which causes great difficulties for the popularization and application of this type of transmission tower. To this end, double-spicing angle steel tower frame was designed with main material of the specifications of 2L110 ×10 and the yield strength design value of 345MPa. Hydraulic cylinder was used to drive the loading rope to complete the tower's static destruction test, and the changes of the cross sectional strains in the process of loading on transmission tower were recorded. Then according to the main material's strain, the bending moment and axial force of the transmission tower for the destruction state were obtained and were compared with existing design codes. Results show that, when the slenderness ratio of the main material of double-spicing angle steel around the real axis is greater than the slenderness ratio around the imaginary axis calculated according to battened column as the main material, the checking stress calculated based on compression bending member is closest to the measured yield strength of the main material.
