摘要
提出了一种新型高强聚酯绝缘柱脚,将圆筒形高强聚酯绝缘体作为抗压组件,将高强聚酯筋作为抗拉组件,同时对高强聚酯筋施加一定的预拉力,从而提高整个绝缘柱脚的抗侧刚度,使其不仅易于抗压也易于抗弯和抗拉,改善了整个绝缘柱脚的多向受力性能,提高了其韧性。针对一实际工程,进行了结构柱脚设计以及相应的结构实际受力性能试验。试件为足尺中波塔绝缘柱脚,按实际施工方法组装,依据结构受力分析的结果,分为压剪和拉剪两种工况加载。通过理论及试验研究,分析了新型绝缘柱脚的受力性能,并推广到实际工程中应用。
A new column foot with cylindrical high-strength polyester insulator was proposed. Cylindrical high-strength polyester insulator acted as compression member and high-strength polyester tendon acted as tension member. At the same time, certain pre-stress was exerted on the high-strength polyester tendon to increase the overall lateral stiffness of the insulating column fool. The new column foot was easy to resist compression, bending and tensile forces and the muhidireetional mechanical performance of the overall column foot was improved as well as toughness. Structural column foot design and corresponding actual mechanical performance test of the new column foot were conducted based on a practical project. The test specimen was the full-scale insulating column foot of medium wave tower and assembled according to actual construction methods. According to structural mechanical analysis results, two working conditions of compression shear and tensile shear were used to load. Through theoretical and experimental studies, mechanical performance of the new type insulating column foot was analyzed and the column foot was promoted to application in practical engineering.
