国有林场实施封山育林应注意的几个问题

封山育林可以提高森林的面积,扩大森林的覆盖率,起到改良土壤、涵养水源、保持水土的作用。以孟滦国营林场为例,结合近几年我国国有林场通过封山育林后得到的有利因素,对其提出新的要求。
