电法测量是通过仪器观测人工和天然电场或交变电磁场,按岩石和矿石的电性差异分析和解释这些场的特点和规律,达到矿产勘查的目的。电法利用直流或低频交流电研究地下地质体的电性,而电磁法是利用高频交流电达到此目的。

Electrical measurement is to observe natural and artificial electric field or alternating electromagnetic field by instruments, analyze and interpret the characteristics and laws of these fields according to electric property variance of rock and ore, so as to achieve mineral exploration purposes. Electrical method uses DC or low frequency AC to study research electric property of underground geologic body and electromagnetic method uses high frequency alternating current to achieve this purpose.
