Nida＇s functional equivalence theory holds that the original translation information should be accurately conveyed to the readers, and the reader＇s reaction is consistent with the original readers, so as to achieve the equity on level of semantics and style, which has a great significance on business English translation. By analyzing stylistic features of business English, this paper explored on how to achieve the functional equivalence on level of semantics and style in the translation process.
