从当前高校的校园文化建设现状来看,各大高校的思想政治教育工作者和其他管理者,依然没有改变传统的教育方式,这样会导致教师的主导作用没有充分展现,学生的积极性不能很好的发挥,在一定程度上影响了高校管理、服务和创新型人才的培养。

Based on present situation construction of campus culture, ideological and political education workers and other managers still have not changed the traditional way of education, which can not fully demonstrate the leading role of teachers, reduce students＇ enthusiasm, and affect the cultivation of service and innovative talents.
