The experts involved in the price hearing

价格听证制度的落实是践行民主的一大步,然而当前价格听证在实践中出现了诸多问题。值得庆幸的是专家参与价格听证一方面可以弥补价格听证代表在信息和知识上的欠缺,另一方面可以为价格决策者提供智力支持,保证决策结果的合理性和科学性,从而降低决策风险。本文旨在研究价格听证中的专家参与问题,发现专家在价格听证中所面临的困境,进而提出完善思路。

The implementation of the price hearing system is a significant step to practice democracy. At the same time,there are some problems in the practice of price hearing system. Fortunately, on the one hand, to representatives, they are lack of information and knowledge which the experts can make up it. On the other hand,the experts involved in the price hearing system can provide intelligence support to ensure the rationality and scientificity of decision results to price makers,and reduce decision risk. This paper aims to study the problem of expert participation in price hearing, and find the defects faced by experts in the price hearing, and then put forward the idea.
