纸浆成型材料是用废纸或木屑等制成浆后冲压成型的一种具有良好缓冲性、柔韧性和可塑性的包装材料,多被用作包装的内衬,起到保护商品和美化商品的作用。由于其相对环保和可回收的特性,在近年来欧美发达国家相继立法要求采用绿色包装材料或可回收的包装材料的背景下,纸浆成型包装材料的应用越来越受重视。纸浆成型材料的研发与应用,使不可降解包装装饰材料的使用量大大降低,在一定程度上缓解了生态环境的压力,降低了社会资源消耗,减少了环境污染,在商品包装设计中探索出低成本的、环保的、符合社会需要的纸浆制品的应用,无论是从环保的角度,还是从可持续发展的角度,都具有重要的实际意义,本文旨在探索纸浆材料成型的方法和在包装设计中的应用。

Because of its characteristics, relative environmental protection and recycling in Europe and the United States in recent years, developed countries have legislation to require the use of green packaging materials or under the background of recyclable packaging materials, paper pulp molding packaging materials used by more and more attention. Pulp molding materials research and development and application, make the use amount of non-biodegradable packaging decoration material is greatly reduced, to a certain extent, ease the pressure of the ecological environment, and reduce the social resources consumption, reduced environmental pollution, explored in commodity packaging design of low cost, environmental protection, the application of pulp products conforming to the need of the society, whether it is from the perspective of environmental protection, or from the perspective of sustainable development, has important practical significance, the purpose of this paper is to explore the method of paper pulp molding material and the application in packaging design.
