摘要
专利合作作为科学合作研究中的重要组成部分,已成为技术领域中不可或缺的理论分析手段,而发明人与申请人作为专利中的关键主体,其关系也影响着专利合作的发展,本文根据《中华人民共和国专利法》对发明人与申请人的规定,探讨了发明人与申请人的合作类型,并从关系维度、认知维度和结构维度上分析了发明人与申请人的多维合作方式。利用数据挖掘技术领域的专利数据进行实证研究,进一步分析了其在识别某技术领域中核心或具有桥梁作用的发明人和申请人、发现合作紧密的研发群体,甄别具有同等实力或具有竞争优势的组织机构等方面的实践意义。
Patent cooperation as an important part of scientific cooperation research, has become an indispensable means of theoretical analysis in the field of technology.
