产业园区合作共建模式分析——以江苏省为例

Analysis to the cooperative modes of industrial parks:a case study on Jiangsu Province

以空间生产理论为基础,分析了江苏南北共建园区的形成机制和治理模式。研究发现,政府主导下的制度建构和资本聚集加速了跨界区域生产关系和治理关系的形成,产生了园区的合作共建空间;共建园区封闭式、松散型和企业化的三种治理模式,因合作紧密程度、市场介入程度和独立性程度的差异,产生了不同的治理效果。基于园区发展现状和存在的问题,提出了相应的政策建议。

From the prospective of space production theory, this essay provides a case study of Jiangsu North - south Cooperative Parks and conducts the analysis on its forming mechanism and governance model. The study demonstrates that the process of cooperative parks establishment has been increased by dominating government, in the way of creating institution space and attracting governmental capitals. As a result of the regional discrepancies of cooperation, market, and independence, it has also been found that there exist three governance models among all the cooperative parks in Jiangsu Province with different effects in the operation performance. Finally, based on the analysis, several political suggestions are put forward in order to benefit the development of cooperative parks and regional coordination in the future.
