摘要
京津冀协同发展的根本动力在于创新驱动,而创新创业生态系统是创新驱动的新方向。在探索创新创业新发展及其生态内涵的基础上,着重分析京津冀创新创业生态系统构建的基础和障碍,提出了构建生态系统的基本思路,重点搭建"研究、开发、应用"三大群落,最终形成"研发—转化—生产"良性可持续发展的京津冀创新创业生态系统。
The foundation of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is innovation drive, and the innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem is the new direction for innovation driving. This paper is on the basis of exploring the new development and ecological connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship, and em- phatically analyses the foundations and barriers of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei innovative entrepreneurial ecosys- tem, puting forward the basic ideas about the construction of ecological system, that is the key to build three communities of ＂research, development and application＂, and eventually become the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in- novative and entrepreneurial ecosystem of ＂R＆D-Conversion-production＂ sustainable development.
