Li Dazhao and“the International Law of China”

今井嘉幸所著的《中国国际法论》,全面、深入地介绍了中国近代不平等条约的内容、演变及适用,资料翔实、立论较为客观,对李大钊政治和法律思想的形成有重要影响。李大钊、张润之合译本从遣词用语、行文习惯,乃至注释体例等方面反映了李大钊语言和写作的诸多特征,是中国近代法律和国际关系以及李大钊研究的重要参考资料。

The International Law of China by Imai Kako introduced the substance, development and adminis- tration of Chinese modern international law. It included a great deal of matters and objective considerations rela- tively. So it influenced Li Dazhao greatly. This translation by Li Dazhao and Zhang Runzhi demonstrated ninny features of Li Dazhao, such as languages, writing habbits and the model of explanatory notes and etc. This book was important references about modern Chinese law, international relationship and the research about Li Dazhao.
