大学生保研现状及对策

Situation and Countermeasures of College Students' security research

撰写本文的目的是为了解大学生综合素质及保研存在的问题,为高校制定相关选拔和考核制度提供依据。方法是整群随机抽样与实地访问相结合的调查。结果:部分综合素质较高且有明确意向于学术性研究的大学生在保研竞争中失败,而部分对学术研究毫无概念却倾向于艺术型的大学生被成功推免。最终给双方学生和导师都带来困扰。结论是高校应结合现实中出现的问题,完善选拔和考核制度;大学生应该主动了解科研生活,培养创新意识,提高自己的动手操作能力。

Objective： To present the comprehensive quality of college students and the understanding of the problem, provide the basis for the formulation of relevant selection and appraisal system. Method Using random sampling and field visit combination were investigated. Results Part of comprehensive quality is higher and there is a clear intention to academic research of the students in the security research competition which part of the failure, no concept of acadeniic research tends to art college students are successful, The final push free for both studen~ and instructors have brought trouble. Conclusion The university should be combined with practical problems, improve the selection and appraisal system; college students should take the initiative to understand the scientific life, cultivate innovative consciousness, improve my practical ability.
