秋冬季不同蜂螨防治方法蜂群增殖效果研究

为了研究云南省南部秋冬季蜂螨防治的较佳时间和较好方法。从2013年和2014年2年的鬼针草花期后或者每年12月8日左右采取4种方法杀灭大蜂螨和小蜂螨,分析越冬后和石榴开花流蜜前蜂群增殖的效果。结果表明:用事先杀菌消毒的脾换去断子后蜂群中的蜂脾后杀灭大蜂螨的方法优于其他3种方法,比在鬼针草花后期老王群直接用空脾换脾后用杀螨剂杀灭大蜂螨的方法差异极显著(P<0.01)。说明:秋冬季治大蜂螨较佳时间为12月8日左右,较佳方法为用事先杀菌消毒的脾换去断子后蜂群中的蜂脾后杀灭大蜂螨,越冬前辅以挂螨扑,春繁后先用升华硫配合杀螨剂涂抹封盖子。这可为蜜蜂优质高产服务。
