低电压可调式割蜜刀的研制

摘要 针对传统割蜜刀刀口容易被蜂蜡黏住刀口,蜂蜜黏附刀身,造成切割作用效率低,效果不好,且不可调整等问题,设计了低电压可调式电动割蜜刀。采用可打磨的刃、低电压发热装置和控制装置组合。刃部进行切割,可进行打磨处理,发热装置解决切割过程中蜂蜡黏住刀口,造成巢脾倒房的问题。在测试过程中,该装置能够根据不同的巢脾特性,进行温度控制,解决了电能散失的问题。满足了野外操作的设计要求。 Since the traditional uncapping knife is easy to be pasted on by beewax and honey, it has many problems such as low cutting action efficiency, bad effect, unable to adjust, etc. Thus this thesis designs the new thought of power-driven uncapping knife with low voltage and variable. It adopts polished blade, low voltage heating device and control device. The blade is used for cutting and could be polished. The heating device could solve the beewax clinging to knife edge during the cutting process which would cause the problem of nest spleen by collapsed houses. During test, this device could control temperature according to different comb features and solve the prob- lem of losing electrical energy. It could fully meet the design requirements of field operation.
