摘要
航天器太阳帆板遮挡分析是电源系统设计的基础。传统分析方法通常将航天器本体简化为规则外形或划分成三角网格后计算太阳帆板的遮挡面积,具有适用范围小或计算精度未能估算的缺点,无法精确计算外形复杂的航天器本体对太阳帆板的遮挡面积。为解决上述问题,提出一种将图像检测应用于航天器太阳帆板遮挡分析的方法。首先对太阳帆板贴片面与航天器其余部分设置不同颜色,再将航天器本体沿太阳平行光方向投影至太阳帆板平面得到遮挡图,通过颜色特性比对检测遮挡图的太阳帆板区域,最终通过统计太阳帆板区域的像素数量获得太阳帆板的未遮挡面积,并给出误差估算方法。仿真结果表明,图像检测方法可分析外形复杂的航天器本体对太阳帆板的遮挡面积变化情况。
Analysis for the shadow of spacecraft solar panel is the foundation of the power supply system design. In the paper, a method which applies image detection to the analysis for shadow of spacecraft solar panel was presented. Firstly, the side of solar panel which was pasted with solar cells and the rest of the spacecraft were set different colors. Secondly, the spacecraft body was projected onto the solar panel along the direction of parallel sun light and the shadow images were acquired. Thirdly, the solar panel region in shadow image was detected by comparing color characteristics. Finally, the unshaded area on the solar panel was calculated by counting the number of pixels in solar panel region. And the error estimation method was given. Simulation result shows that the method can analysis the change of shaded area on the solar panel that shaded by complex shaped spacecraft body.
