韩国高校图书馆发展现状及对策研究

The Development Status and Countermeasures of Universities Libraries in South Korea

文章通过分析当前韩国高校图书馆的使命、价值观等,介绍了韩国高校图书馆发展基本馆藏情况、生均使用量情况、资源结构现状以及图书馆主页与OPAC访问量情况,并具体阐述了韩国高校图书馆发展面临的挑战及寻求多方合作达到资源共享以及鼓励创新,发展领导力等应对措施。希望上述发展经验能给我国高校图书馆发展战略实践提供一些借鉴。

Through analyzing the mission and values of current Korea Universities Libraries, this paper introduced the basic collections situation, average usage, the status quo of the resource structure and the libraries home page and OPAC click rate of Korea Universities Libraries, and specifically addressed the development challenges that Korean Universities libraries face and the solutions such as the re- sources sharing through multilateral cooperation and innovation encouragement, leadership development and so on in order to give some strategy practice references for the development of Chinese academic libraries. 8 refs.
