摘要
在高等教育转型发展背景下,学科和专业建设环境发生重大转换,实际工作存在突出问题,探索提出学科专业五位一体建设思路至关重要。学科和专业建设的五个关键要素——项目、队伍、平台、特色专业和应用学科,横向上互为支撑且内在统一,纵向上渐次递进,是学科专业五位一体建设的逻辑基础。实施学科专业五位一体建设,需要坚持应用型、地方性发展方向,推进配套体制机制改革。
In the transformation background, theenvironment is changing tremendously, the discipline con-struction and specialty construction in local undergraduate university encounter many problems. We propose the i-dea of "five - in - one" for the construction of discipline and specialty, of which the five key elements i'n the con-struction of discipline and specialty project, teams, platforms, characteristic specialties and applied disciplinessupport each other and unite together in horizon, and in vertical, develop the idea in a logical sequence. With thistheoretical basis for the "five- in- one" construction of discipline and specialty, the implementation of this ideashould adhere to application and locality oriented, and promote the reform of system and mechanism.
