高校继续教育收费风险防控研究

作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,继续教育为我国社会经济发展、人才培养和社会稳定作出了巨大贡献。随着我国高等教育体制的不断改革和办学规模的扩大,高校继续教育办学形式也开始变得复杂化和多样化。如何完善高校继续教育收费管理,建立健全继续教育收费的风险防控体系,发展高校继续教育收费管理方面的新理念,已成为高校继续教育财务管理工作的一项重要内容。

As an important part of higher education in China, continuing education has made great contnbu-tions to the development of social economy, personnel training and social stability. With the deepening of the re-form of higher education system and the expansion of the scale of running a school, the form of continuing educationin colleges and universities is diversified and complicated. In the financial management of colleges and universities,it has become key important to optimize and improve the continuing education management fees, to establish andperfect charging system of risk prevention and control and to develop some new concepts in fee - charge management.
