校媒融合协同培育应用型传媒人才——以绵阳师范学院传媒学院为例

Ordinary Colleges and Universities Carry Out Cultivating Applied Media Talents by Convergence of School and Media——Take the School of Communication of Mianyang Teachers' College as an Example

普通本科院校传媒专业在转型发展中肩负着为地方经济社会发展培养具有较强实践能力的应用型传媒人才的重任。绵阳师范学院传媒学院在校媒融合、协同培育应用型传媒人才方面进行了有益的探索,并取得了较大的成功。本文从校媒融合是媒介融合时代传媒人才培养的必然要求、校媒融合协同培育应用型传媒人才在地方高校综合改革中的实践意义、校媒融合协同培育应用型传媒人才应注意的问题等三个方面进行了论证和总结。

Majors of media in ordinary colleges and universities are shouldering the cultivating practice abilityof the applied media talents for the local economic and social development. The school of media of Mianyang NormalUniversity has carried on the beneficial exploration and achieved success in the media fusion, collaborative cultiva-ting applied talents of media. This article concludes that the convergence of school and media is the necessary re-quirement of media personnel training in media convergence times, is great practically significant, is to alert to theprobable bad tendencies.
