浅谈成都市旅游房地产开发现状、问题及对策

近年来,旅游度假市场持续火热,据数据显示今年第一季度我国出游总人数已达42.8亿人,旅游总收入已超4万亿人民币。随着旅游业进一步发展,旅游房地产将会日益成为新的投资热点。文章在对成都市旅游房地产项目开发现状业研究的基础上,通过对其存在的法律制度不完善、景区环境遭受破坏及战略规划滞后等问题进行分析,提出了树立正确的旅游房地产观念、完善相关的法律法规等相应举措,以期进一步促进城都市旅游房地产业健康持续发展。
