中国对丝路国家直接投资便利化实施路径研究

Research on Implement Path of China's Direct Investment Facilitation in Central Asian Neighboring Countries

随着"一带一路"倡议的提出,研究丝绸之路经济带沿线国家间的直接投资便利化问题具有重大的现实意义。文章选取了六个丝路国家作为样本,构建了直接投资便利化的指标评价框架,并运用灰色关联法分析了基础设施、金融环境、规制环境及科教环境与中国对外直接投资存量的关联度。研究结论表明:基础设施的关联度始终最大,规制环境的关联度排名逐步上升,但四大影响因素的关联度在下降,寻求国际产能合作平台是持续推进直接投资便利化的重要途径。基于此,文章提出了中国促进跨境直接投资便利化的内在作用机制及实施路径。

With putting forward ＂Belt and Road＂Initiative,the research on direct investment facilitation between China and central Asian neighboring countries is of great practical significance. This paper puts six Silk Road countries as samples,and establish the index evaluation framework of direct investment facilitation,and analyze the degree of correlation between China＇s stock of direct investment and infrastructure,financial environment,regulation environment,science education environment by grey correlation analysis. Results show that the correlation degree of infrastructure always is the biggest,and ranking of correlation in regulatory environment gradually increases. Correlation degree of four major factors are falling,however,seeking international capacity cooperation platform is an important approach to advance the direct investment facilitation. Based on these conclusions,this paper puts forward the inner mechanism and implementation path to promote China＇s cross- border direct investment facilitation.
