The Benefit Game for the Cooperation Between China and Kazakhstan Facing with Under the “Silk Road Economic Belt”Background

"丝绸之路经济带"战略实施为沿线国家能源合作创造了条件,在沿线国家中,中哈两国间政治关系稳定、经贸合作紧密,能源合作是两国经贸发展的重要方面。但由于哈萨克斯坦独特的地缘优势,使哈国能源成为世界各国关注的焦点,也使中哈能源合作面临着区内外相关国家的利益竞争。为此,我国应立足于中哈两国战略对接的有利时机,突出我国与哈国能源合作的自然基础与社会条件,实现中哈两国能源合作的深化与发展。

The strategy ＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂has created opportunities for energy cooperation among the countries along,the political relationship between China and Kazakhstan is stable with closely development of economy and trade. Actually,energy cooperation is the focus for the two countries.Owing to the unique geographical advantages,energy in Kazakhstan has been the focus for all of countries in the world,Which makes the cooperation suffering benefit competition from relevant countries. Therefore,China should grasp the opportunity of strategic docking,highlighting the natural foundation and social conditions for the two countries＇ energy cooperation,achieving the further development of energy cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.
