东北地区转型改革研究综述

The Literature Review of Transformation and Reform of Northeast China

东北地区的良好发展对全国具有重要的意义。改革开放之始,随着国家经济发展区域重心的转移,东北地区经济增速开始放缓,学者们称之为"东北现象"。近几年,东北地区经济增长出现了断崖式下滑问题,学者们将其定义为"新东北现象"。本文对学者们就东北地区发展现状、问题、制约因素和转型改革的政策建议进行了全面综述,在评述的基础上对实现东北地区"二次振兴"的研究进行了展望。

The good development of Northeast China is of great significance to the whole nation. In the early days of reform and opening up,with the transform of national economic focus,northeastern economic growth began to decline,and the scholars call it ＂northeast phenomenon＂. In recent years,the economic growth of the northeast regions of presents a sharp decline,the scholars define it as＂new northeast phenomenon＂. In this paper,the main problems of the development of the Northeast China,the main factors that restrict the development of Northeast China,and the policy recommendations of the Northeast China＇s transformation and reform are summarized,attempts to sort out the northeast revitalization road on the new historical period.
