摘要
采用经验算法分别对EH36级船板钢加热及冷却时的实际相变温度Ac1、Ac3、Ms和Bs进行计算。利用Jmatpro对该型船板钢的热处理性能进行模拟计算并获得CCT曲线。对不同热处理工艺下EH36级船板钢的微观组织、硬度及力学性能进行分析。结合计算的相变温度与CCT曲线,最终获得了较合理的热处理工艺方案:910℃淬火+500℃回火,组织均匀细化,渗碳体均匀弥散分布,综合力学性能良好。
Temperatures of Ac1,Ac3,Ms and Bs of EH36 ship building steel were calculated by empirical algorithm. Heat treatment properties of the steel were simulately calculated by Jmatpro and the CCT curves were obtained. Microstructure,hardness and mechanical properties of the steel under different heat treatment processes were analyzed. A better heat treatment process of quenching at 910 ℃ and tempering at 500 ℃ is obtained by combining the transformation temperature and CCT curves,therefore treated by this process,the uniform microstructure,uniform dispersive distribution cementite,and good combination of strength and ductility.
