摘要
对30Ni Cr Mo V12钢不同热处理工艺后的力学性能和组织进行研究。结果表明,回火温度对调质后力学性能影响较大,但是对晶粒度和组织几乎无影响。最佳热处理工艺为900℃奥氏体化,双液淬火冷却后590℃回火。该车轴热处理后淬透性较好,整体性能基本一致,各项性能合格并稳定,说明该热处理工艺合理。
The mechanical properties and microstructure of 30 Ni Cr Mo V12 steel after different heat treatment processes were studied. The results show that the tempering temperature has a great influence on the mechanical properties,but it has little effect on the grain size and microstructure. The optimum heat treatment process is quenching at 900 ℃ and tempering at 590 ℃. The axle has a good hardenability. The overall performance of the axle shows qualified and stable,which proves that the heat treatment process is reasonable.
