TDP灯照射联合贝复济及康惠尔泡沫敷料护理治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of TDP Light With Beifuji Gel Formulation and Comfeel Foam Dressings and Nursing in Treatment of Ⅱ、Ⅲ Patients Phase of Pressure Ulcers

目的:观察TDP灯照射联合贝复济及康惠尔泡沫敷料护理治疗Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期压疮的效果。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月至2015年12月在我院老年病科收治的Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期压疮患者86例,按不同的治疗方案分为对照组43例和治疗组43例,对照组采用贝复济及康惠尔泡沫敷料治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用TDP灯照射治疗。观察两组患者创面愈合时间及临床疗效。结果:对照组Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期压疮的治愈率分别为70.00%、53.85%,均显著低于治疗组(88.89%和75.50%),差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义;而创面完全愈合时间分别为30.23±12.16 d和33.10±12.97 d,均明显长于治疗组,差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义;对照组Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期压疮患者经治疗后其创面组织p H值分别为(6.91±0.10)和(6.81±0.13),并明显低于治疗组(已达到正常值),差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论:TDP灯照射联合贝复济及康惠尔泡沫敷料护理治疗压疮疗效较好,创面愈合时间短。

Objective： To observe the TDP light joint bei complex economic and comfeel foam dressing nursing treatment stage Ⅱ,Ⅲ effect of pressure ulcers. Methods： A retrospective analysis in January 2013 to December2015 in our hospital department of geriatrics medicine admitted Ⅱ period, Ⅲ period, 86 cases of patients with pressure ulcers, according to the different treatments were divided into control group, 43 cases and treatment group 43 cases, control group treated by bei complex economic and comfeel foam dressings , on the basis of control group and treatment group treated with TDP lamp irradiation. Results： The control group stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ pressure sores cure rate were 70.00%, 53.85%, were significantly lower than that of the treatment group （88.89% and 75.50% ）, the difference （ P〈0.05 ） was statistically significant ; The wound healed completely time was 30.23 ＋ / - 12.16, respectively＋ / - 12.97 d and 33.10 d, were significantly longer than the treatment group, the difference （P〈0.05） was statistically significant ; Control Ⅱ period and Ⅲ period after treatment in patients with pressure ulcers wound tissue pH, respectively （6.91 ＋ / - 0.10） and （6.81 ＋ / - 0.13 ）, and significantly lower than the treatment group （has reached normal）, difference （P〈0.05） was statistically significant. Conclusion： TDP light joint bei complex economic and comfeel foam dressing nursing treatment of pressure ulcers curative effect is good, wound healing time is short.
