摘要
目的:探讨Carnation10光子治疗仪联合泛昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹在临床中的效果。方法:选取2013年12月至2015年12月在我院进行带状疱疹治疗的68例老年患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组及对照组,各34例,对照组采用泛昔洛韦进行治疗,观察组采用Carnation10光子治疗仪联合泛昔洛韦进行治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为91.2%,对照组总有效率为70.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止疱时间、结痂时间、止痛时间及痊愈时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Carnation10光子治疗仪联合泛昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹具有明显的疗效,值得临床使用推广。
Objective ： To explore the effect of CarnationlO photon therapeutic apparatus combined with Famciclovir treatment of senile herpes zoster. Methods： Choose between December 2013 and December 2015 in our hospital for herpes zoster treatment of 68 cases of elderly patients as the research object, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 34 cases, Control group only with Famciclovir for treatment, Observation group adopts CarnationlO photon therapeutic apparatus combined with Famciclovir for treatment;Compare the curative effect of two groups of patients. Conclusion： Carnation10 photon therapeutic apparatus combined with Famciclovir has obvious therapeutic effects in the treatment of senile herpes zoster, and worthy of clinical promotion.
