复方马齿苋软膏的研制及临床应用

Preparation of Compound Purslane Ointment and its Clinical Use

目的充分利用祖国传统医学外治法优势,将我地区名老中医有效经验方,研制成外用软膏,配合维A酸、胸腺肽口服,治疗扁平疣。方法确定复方马齿苋软膏制备工艺、质量标准、考察该制剂的稳定性,将制成软膏与维A酸、胸腺肽口服联合使用,观察临床疗效。结果该制剂性质稳定,对扁平疣的疗效十分显著,联合用药疗效确切,有效率达88.46%。结论本制剂工艺简单,使用方便,具有疗效好、显效快、疗程短、经济实惠、安全可靠,值得推广应用。

OBJECTIVE Based on the external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical records of famous Chinese physicians,Compound Portulaca Oleracea was developed. Combined with retinoic acid and oral administration of thymosin,it was applied in the treatment of flat wart. METHODS Determining the preparation process of Compound Portulaca Oleracea,establishing it＇s quality standard and testing its stability,to observe the clinical effect of Compound Portulaca Oleracea combined with retinoic acid and oral administration of thymosin. RESULTS The preparation was stable and effective on flat wart. The efficiency of combined use of drugs reached up to 88. 46%. CONCLUSION The preparation is simple in process and easy to use. It is a safe and efficient drug with quicker recovery in treating flat wart and it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
