基层网底医疗培训现状与问题分析

Analysis on the Current Situation and Problems of Basic Medical Training

目的通过对我国基层医疗培训现状进行分析,为基层网底医疗服务能力的提升提出对策和建议,推广提供有力参考。方法应用文献研究法,系统的收集、查阅有关基层医疗培训情况及国家相应政策,总结存在问题,分析产生的原因,进而提出对策及建议。结果我国基层医疗普遍存在村医老龄化、专业学历低、技能水平落后、村医待遇差、教育培训与需求不匹配,等问题。结论基层网底服务能力提升、基层医疗人才培养有待改进,基层医疗培训、效果、成果产出等方面都有待进一步研究和探索。

Objective To analyze the current situation of basic medical training,Making countermeasures and suggestions enhance the capacity of grassroots health care network,which provides strong reference for the promotion. Methods The literature research,To collect systematically,to consult the relevant basic medical training situation and the corresponding national policies,and summarize problems,analyze the causes,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Results The prevalence of primary care doctors village aging,low professional qualifications,skill level backward,poor treatment of village doctors,does not match the needs of education and training and so on. Conclusion Grassroots network service capabilities to enhance the bottom,primary health care personnel training,needs to be improved,and grassroots medical training,results,outputs and so are the results of furtherstudy and exploration.
