摘要
目的探讨Seminar模式护理查房在护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015级规培护士40名为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用传统的护理查房模式,试验组采用Seminar模式进行护理查房。结束后采用统一命题,进行理论知识考试和实践技能的考核,并运用评判性思维能力测量表(CDTI-CV)对实验组和对照组进行评判性思维能力评分。对所采集的数据采用SPSS 13.0软件进行分析处理。结果试验组理论考试成绩与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实践技能考核两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在评判性思维能力评分上,实验组在寻找真相、分析能力及评判性思维自信心3个方面优于对照组,两者之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在护士规范化培训中开展Seminar模式护理查房能充分地调动规培护士的学习积极性和主动性,有效提高规培护士评判性思维能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of Seminar mode nursing in standardized nurse training.Methods 40 nurses in standardized training were selected as the research object and were randomly divided them into control group and test group.The control group was used by traditional teaching mode of nursing ward round,the test group was used by the Seminar teaching mode of nursing ward round.After the end of the course with unified proposition,theory test and practical skills examination,and critical thinking disposition inventory chinese version were used to evaluate the teaching effect.SPSS Soft ware Package(version 13.0) was used in processing the data.Results In the theory exam,the test group were significantly better than the control group(P〈0.05); There is no significant difference between the two groups in the practical skills examination(P〈0.05); In terms of critical thinking ability evaluation,There were significant correlation with the scores of three subscales(truthseeking,analytical ability and self-confidence ability),the test group were significantly better than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Developing Seminar mode nursing ward round can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of nurses,effectively improve their critical thinking ability.
