摘要
目的分析在内科教学中多种教学法中的应用价值。方法将我院2014级内科学210名学生作为研究对象,随机分为A组、B组、C组,A组采用LBL教学法(教师主导式传统理论教学法),B组采用PBL教学法(以问题为基础的讨论式教学法),C组采用LBL+PBL教学法开展教学活动,对比三组研究对象平均成绩及教学方法满意度。结果三组科研究对象平均成绩及满意度对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内科教学中采用LBL+PBL教学法开展教学活动的效果最为显著。
Objective To analyze the value of a variety of teaching methods in internal medicine teaching. Methods 210 students of from grade 2014 internal medicine were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into group A and group B,group C. Group A was applied with LBL teaching(teachers dominated traditional theory teaching method) and group B was applied with PBL teaching method(discussion-based teaching method on the basis of the problem),group C was used by LBL+PBL teaching method to carry out teaching activities,to compare average scores and the degree of satisfaction of teaching methods about three groups. Results To compare average scores and the degree of satisfaction of teaching methods about three groups,there were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of LBL+PBL teaching method in internal medicine teaching to carry out teaching activities has the most significant effects.
